Drywall & Painting in Sandringham–Wellington

Sandringham–Wellington sits just north of Bovaird between Bramalea and Airport Road, a 1990s–2000s subdivision area that includes some of Brampton's larger detached family homes.

The neighbourhood is at the stage where original interior paint finishes are dated and the trim has yellowed. Most of our work here is whole-home interior repaint with a trim refresh included — usually staged room-by-room so the family can stay in the house.

We see a lot of feature-wall work in Sandringham–Wellington living rooms — deep colours, sometimes wallpaper. Any wall with feature lighting or a dark colour gets Level 5 finish under it, because Level 4 will telegraph every mud line once the light hits it wrong.

Basement refreshes are common too — homes here mostly have finished basements now, but the finishes are dated. Refreshing means patching what needs patching, sanding the trim, and repainting to modern colours.

Streets we cover: Great Lakes Drive, Sandalwood Parkway East, Father Tobin Road, Sunny Meadow Boulevard.
