Drywall & painting across Brampton and the GTA.

Our crews live and work in the neighbourhoods we serve. Every area has its own housing quirks — click through for the local detail.

Brampton

Downtown Brampton

Downtown Brampton is where the city started — Main Street, Queen Street, Rosalea Park, the Four Corners. A lot of the housing here is pre-war brick with plaster interiors, and the newer condo builds around the Gage Park and Rose Theatre corridor bring their own quirks.

Bramalea

Bramalea was Canada's first planned satellite community, and most of the housing dates to the 1960s and early 1970s — the F, G, H, and J sections east of Dixie and south of Queen. Fifty-plus-year-old homes have their own set of drywall and paint challenges, and we do a lot of work here.

Heart Lake, Brampton

Heart Lake is the area around Heart Lake Road and Sandalwood Parkway, developed mostly through the 1980s and into the 1990s. The housing stock is one generation newer than Bramalea and one generation older than Springdale — which puts it right at the age where a lot of homeowners are doing their first serious refresh.

Springdale, Brampton

Springdale runs roughly from Bramalea Road east to The Gore Road, between Bovaird and Countryside — a huge chunk of Brampton that was built out through the 2000s. These are 15-to-20-year-old homes now, and they're all hitting the same maintenance cycle at once.

Castlemore & Vales of Castlemore

Castlemore and Vales of Castlemore are Brampton's northeast luxury enclaves — larger executive homes on Airport Road, McVean, The Gore, and Cottrelle. The finish expectations here are higher than in mid-market Brampton neighbourhoods, and the scope of individual jobs is usually larger.

Fletcher's Meadow, Brampton

Fletcher's Meadow covers the area north of Bovaird between Chinguacousy and Mississauga Road — largely developed through the 1990s. These homes are now 25–30 years old, well past their first refresh cycle and often into their second.

Mount Pleasant, Brampton

Mount Pleasant is one of Brampton's newest subdivisions — mostly built from the late 2000s through the 2010s, west of Mississauga Road up around the Mount Pleasant GO station. Housing stock is young, but that doesn't mean it's problem-free.

Sandringham–Wellington, Brampton

Sandringham–Wellington sits just north of Bovaird between Bramalea and Airport Road, a 1990s–2000s subdivision area that includes some of Brampton's larger detached family homes.

Credit Valley, Brampton

Credit Valley is the executive-home area in Brampton's southwest, along Mississauga Road, Queen Street West, and Creditview south of Steeles. Homes here are large, expectations are high, and the finish standard we deliver reflects that.

Gore Meadows, Brampton

Gore Meadows is Brampton's east end, roughly bounded by The Gore Road, Castlemore Road, Highway 50, and Countryside Drive. It's a newer subdivision area — mostly 2010s builds — with a growing population of young families.
